Hey fitness fans! I love a good workout, and have been so grateful for Shred 415 in St. Louis. When I lived in Dallas, I was able to go to Flywheel classes daily for free thanks to working there, and was searching for something similar in St. Louis. While no cycling studio could quite measure up to my love for Flywheel, Shred filled the gap for a great workout in a short amount of time.
A traditional Shred class is broken up into 4, 15 minute segments. Two of those segments are devoted to treadmill runs with the other two consumed by weight training. It’s tough, but it works. I leave feeling sore and toned. My only complaint is that I wish there were more 45 minute classes. Maybe that is a hangup from my Flywheel years, but I feel like a quality workout can be done in 45 minutes and anytime more is really just asking too much.
