Why Cloverandbelle? Way back in 2010, I decided that I was over iphones, and wanted to give androids a try. This phase lasted all of 6 months, but during the changeover I had to create a Gmail account to link to my phone. I couldn’t think of a name (because clearly Julia would be too simple) so I went with the combo name of my two dogs, Clover and Belle.
A couple of years later, Instagram was invented and decided to use the same moniker as my Instagram name. My friends would remark that the name sounded like a brand more than dogs, and would often suggest that I do something with it. Since my love for Clover, the blonde cocker spaniel with the same name, cannot be measured, I was on board to use the name as much as possible. The last component to turning Cloverandbelle into something was starting this blog with the same name. When I found out http://www.cloverandbelleblog.com was available, I knew it was meant to be!
Hopefully this blog will make the two happiest dogs proud!
